When you call me you will always talk to the same person, not just some random technician. I pride myself on being patient, relatable, timely and consistent. I do my best to communicate in everyday language. I’ve been a consultant since 1999, though my interest in, and appetite for technology has been a lifelong pursuit. My clients include a variety of small businesses and nonprofit organizations, as well as individuals whose various technologies play integral roles in their everyday lives. Much of the work I’ve done has resulted in long-term satisfaction; many of my clients have continued to contact me for help over the course of many years.
