I provide in-home, in-office or virtual support and consulting in the Kansas City Metro area for computers and their related devices and peripherals, networking, virtual communications/collaboration, database development, audio technology and/or music recording/production. Why contact me, rather than one of the advertised services?

If you choose to get help from a commercial technical service company you will be dispatched a different representative each time. And that company may not even know the person they send to you; these days most of them use “gig economy” workers contracted via tech-work websites that pitch hourly-rate jobs to the lowest bidders. Often the actual technicians are paid only a fraction of what clients are charged! By contrast when you call me you will always talk to the same person, and you will only be compensating me for my work, not an intermediate service. I pride myself on being patient, relatable, timely and consistent. I do my best to communicate in everyday language. I’ve been a consultant since 1999, though my interest in technology has been a lifelong pursuit. My clients include a variety of small businesses and nonprofit organizations, as well as individuals whose various technologies play integral roles in their daily lives. Much of the work I’ve done has resulted in long-term satisfaction; many of my clients have continued to contact me for help over the course of many years.
